Subject: Obituary - John Ohnmacht


OHNMACHT, John - Passed away peacefully, 3 days after his 78th birthday, on November 12, 2010, at Victoria Hospital with his daughter Laurie and son-in-law Steve Johnston by his side. Devoted husband and caregiver of Claire. Survived by daughter Maureen and beloved granddaughter Leah. He was a loving and kind man who will be deeply missed by his family, friends and the ham radio community. A memorial service will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Tuesday, November 16th, 2010 at 11:00am with visitation one hour prior to the service. A special thanks to the doctors, nurses, staff, and volunteers at Parkwood Hospital for their wonderful care and support. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of John are asked to consider Parkwood Hospital.
